My overall opinion: 
Flaws:
It doesn’t talk about workouts as much as I would have liked. It’s very much focused on fitness and eating well. I guess that workouts are fairly simple, and what you eat is very important. The other flaw point is that if you are just starting out, it could be confusing as there is so much stuff, some complex, and a lot to read through.
Strengths:
It does go into a lot more detail. What’s nice is the guy who wrote it has obviously done what he says. It explains why you do everything, from what you should eat and why, to what to do to build muscle effectively, and it’s very well explained.
The thing which I liked most about it was that it doesn’t use supplements. I know it sounds a bit lame, but I always thought that I was “giving up” a bit if I used supplements. For example why should I buy weight loss “formula” when it’s 90% green tea. This guy says that most supplements are a waste of money, and I can see exactly what he means. This book has saved me money!
There is one thing that you should know, although the advice, tips and information given in this book will make you lose weight if followed properly, this way of life is no quick fix to weight loss but a long term plan to get you fit and healthy. You must be dedicated and follow through. don’t waist your money if you are going to purchase the book and use it as a coaster for the tv dinner. Thank you for taking the time to read my review.
