Strengths:

It does go into a lot more detail. What’s nice is the guy who wrote it has obviously done what he says. It explains why you do everything, from what you should eat and why, to what to do to build muscle effectively, and it’s very well explained.

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is the #1 best selling book written Tom Venuto. I use to weigh over 200 lbs. and thought that I could never get back to my college weight. I have read several books on losing weight, but was never committed enough to stick with them. After having my second child I knew that if I didn’t get into shape now, I was never going to get into shape.

 

I came across Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle on a whim and I let me tell you I am one of the lucky ones. I got the book and started reading it. After reading a few chapters during my breaks at work, I wanted to give up. I felt that I did not have it in me to lose the weight even though I wanted to. Something told me not to give up and to try much harder, face it losing weight does not come easy. Life is a ride and if you really want something you have to really try.

 

I knew then that I had to spend most of my time reading and understanding this book if I wanted to get back in shape. Now I don’t want to scare you, but this book has over 300 intense pages that will tell what you need to do to lose weight and build muscle. I spent some time I’m not going to lie, but I lost weight and I look better than I ever looked. Not soon after I lost the weight I had told all my friends and family.

 

They are the ones that told me that I was extremely lucky because from what they say most weight loss programs do not work and are a complete waste of time. This program really worked for me and made me a better person inside and out. I believe dedication is the key to weight loss.

Body building is a goal for many people. I am a bodybuilder and once thought that I knew everything there is to know about weight loss. For so many years now, I have wanted to get down to a certain body fat percentage. I have had countless personal trainers and was able to lose weight, but have never been able to lower my body fat percentage.

 

That is when I decided to look further into building muscle while I was still losing weight. I came across the e-book Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle after researching on the internet for a weight loss program. To be honest with you the name for this program really caught my eye. I really wanted to burn the fat on my body and feed my muscles.

 

I read a few reviews, but still was not sold on the program because I have read many reviews before and tried products that never worked for me. I knew I needed to do something if I wanted to lower my body fat percentage. Not long after that I looked through a few forums and was surprised because I was able to read about other people who had actually read burn the fat feed the muscle. They had gotten real results from the book and wanted to share with others what had helped them reach their goals.

 

They were able to offer a lot of helpful advice, so I was eager to see if this program would work for me. I bought the e-book and let me tell you Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle paid off. It taught me so many things I never knew before about burning fat. Throughout the chapters, I was able to learn about calorie intake along with muscle building, which was what I was missing from my personal trainers.

 

Losing weight to me is great, but will not always get a person’s body fat percentage to decrease. I needed to keep building muscle, while increasing calories slowly which made my cardio workouts more effective. I have always been an extremely motivated person.
